TEDxOakPark is a locally organized movement providing TEDx events in our community.
Our newest movement, launched in 2025, is focused on sharing ideas about and for youth in Oak Park and our surrounding communities. Our first TEDxOakParkYouth event debuts February 7, 2026. TEDxYouth events are some of the most dynamic and imaginative TEDx formats, tailored to inspire and engage young people. These events are either organized by youth or designed specifically for them, emphasizing creativity, fun, and innovation.
TEDxOakParkSalon events are designed for smaller audiences and feature TED and TEDx Talks, activities, and discussions revolving around a single relevant theme. A condensed TEDx event, they are distinct in their brevity, opportunities for conversation, and heightened interaction in our community.
TEDxOakParkWomen follows a traditional TED event format with live speakers and performers, broadcasts of national TEDWomen Talks, and networking opportunities, all while highlighting local Oak Park area flair through partners and experience providers.
